Acting on behalf of Seamount Property Development, Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised on the sale of Units 2 &3 Elgin Trade Park to a private investor.
The sale comprises two trade counter units extending to a total of 8,500 sq.ft, let to Crown Paints (Unit 2) and City Plumbing Supplies (Unit 3). Both units were let on 10 year leases.
The sale price of £1.35m reflects a net initial yield of 5.10%.
