Acting on behalf of abrdn, Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised on the leasehold sale of a prime high yield industrial investment, to a private investor.

Extending to 35,506 sq.ft, Seton House is a hybrid industrial facility let to Sparrows with 14 years until expiry at a net rent of £351,250 per annum, subject to annual fixed uplifts.

The sale price of £3.8m reflects a net initial yield of 8.68%.
