The Gross Internal Area of the subject properties total 169,988 sqft and are arranged over 31 let units, with unit sizes ranging from 2,360 sqft to 23,300 sqft.

The average rent reflects £8.22 sqft whilst the WAULT to lease expiries is 6.30 years and to lease breaks is 3.80 years.

The portfolio was purchased for £25.40 million which reflected a net initial yield of 5.15% and a Capital Value of £150 sqft.
