Lismore Real Estate Advisors has advised a US-based investor on the purchase of Fife Central Retail Park in Kirkcaldy.
The dominant retail park is anchored by both a 58,000 sqft Sainsburys Supermarket and a 57,000 sqft B&Q store together with a variety of other store brand names such as B&M, Boots, M&S, Currys and Pets At Home.
The rental tone across the park ranges from £18.00 sqft to £25.00 sqft.
The purchase price was in the region of £90 million which reflected a net initial yield of approximately 7.00%.
