Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised OLIM Property on the sale of Asda, Tranent to a private investor.

Extending to 20,940 sq ft with 64 car parking spaces, the property is let to Asda for a further 11.5 years, at a passing rent of £252,871 per annum which reflects a low rate of £12.08 per sq ft. The property offers annual RPI uplifts collared and capped 2%-4%.

The price of £3.4m reflects a net initial yield of 7.0%.
