Corstorphine Retail Park occupies a high prominent location on the A8, a busy road which leads into Edinburgh city centre. The tenants include new lettings to Lidl and The Gym Group alongside existing tenants Pets at Home, Cancer Research and McDonalds. The park extends to a total of 48,706 sq.ft and benefits from an attractive WAULT to expiry of 18.9 years and to breaks of 15.4 years.
The price of £16.25m reflects a net initial yield of 5.26%.
