Lismore’s Chris Macfarlane took part in the new Spifox fund-raising event in Glasgow last week.
The Zip-Slide the Clyde with Spifox! saw more than 250 brave sliders take part in the 1,000 ft slide, which started at Yorkhill Quay and finished beside the iconic entrance to Glasgow’s Riverside Museum, directly in front of the Tall Ship Glenlee.
The event helped raise funds for Scottish Children’s Charities, which support disadvantaged children and young adults in Scotland.
Chris said:
“I was keen to try something a bit different and this certainly was an exciting and exhilarating experience. It was great to catch up with so many people from the Scottish property world and raise funds for such worthwhile charities.”
