Lismore advise on the acquisition 10 Mossbell Road, Bellshill

Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised Northtree Investment Management on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Bellshill let to DHL.

The warehouse, located on Mossbell Road, is full let to DHL Supply Chain Limited until 2028 with a tenant option to extend. Extending to 57,454 sq ft on a site of approximately 5.86 acres, the warehouse is situated in the heart of Bellshill Industrial Estate, one of Scotland’s leading industrial and logistics locations. The low passing rent offers strong reversionary prospects in 2028.

Northtree Investment Management acquired the asset from Nuveen at a price of £6.6m reflecting a net initial yield of 5.54%.
