Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised Northtree Investment Management on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Bellshill let to DHL.

Extending to 57,454 sq ft on a site of approximately 5.86 acres, the warehouse is situated in the heart of Bellshill Industrial Estate, one of Scotland’s leading industrial and logistics locations. The low passing rent offers strong reversionary prospects in 2028.
Northtree Investment Management acquired the asset from Nuveen at a price of £6.6m reflecting a net initial yield of 5.54%.
