Prominently located in Aberdeen Gateway the facility, which extends to 182,287 sq ft with a large concrete yard of 220,494 sq ft and eves of 12.2m, is let to Total Energies for a further 9.25 years, at a rent of £2,468,801 per annum subject to minimum fixed uplifts of 3% per annum compounded.
The asset was acquired by Alderan for their SCPI Comete for £28.55m / 8.10%.
