Extending to over 110,000 sq.ft, the property has a high-calibre and tech-focused tenant line-up, including Apple, Bloomberg, FreeAgent, STV, Adarma and The Financial Conduct Authority.
The sale price of £36.8m reflects a net initial yield of 6.5%.
