Lismore Real Estate Advisors have advised Palm Capital on the sale of Orchard Brae House in Edinburgh, a refurbished multi-let office building in the city’s west end.
Extending to over 100,000 sq.ft, the property was subject to a substantial refurbishment by Palm, which upgraded the office space and tenant amenities. Tenants include The Innis & Gunn Brewing Company, JPI Media, and Seebyte. The existing surface and multi-storey car parks on the site offer future redevelopment opportunities.
The sale price was in the region of £20m.
